Q: How do I know the system will fit my refrigerator?
Our magnetic lock is 10” tall so you will need a minimum of 10” between two of your refrigerator shelves across from the spot where you will mount the armature plate. Most installations don’t require moving adjustable refrigerator or door shelves, but you may need to move one or the other up or down a notch or two. Besides that, we’ve included more fasteners, and holes in brackets than you’ll need to give the system the flexibility to fit a huge variety of applications and make it easier to install.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We offer a hassle-free refund within 30 days of receiving your original shipment, provided that the return is packaged in its original boxing and the product is in new, complete condition. You will only be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Q: What about the parts warranty?
A: Our parts come with a one-year warranty from the purchase date. It’s rare for our components, designed and rigorously tested for demanding commercial use, to encounter issues. They are built to last for years. However, should a component fail within the first year, please contact us for a return authorization number. We handle the postage for shipping the defective component back to us and will send you a replacement part at no additional cost.
Q: How difficult is it to install the system?
A: Installation is straightforward with our comprehensive instruction manual, requiring moderate technical skill. The process, which involves drilling for wiring and mounting the armature plate, can be completed within three to four hours. Instructions for both standard doors and refrigerators are included.
Q: Is the system safe to use?
A: The system is designed for safety, operating on a low voltage (12 volts) and drawing minimal current (12 watts).
Q: How often can I change the 4-digit access code?
A: The access code can be changed as often as needed, and the process takes just 30 seconds. This flexibility allows temporary codes to be set for guests during gatherings, which can be easily reset afterward.
Q: If my refrigerator dies, can the system be moved to a different one?
A: Absolutely. If you need to move the system to a different refrigerator, you might only require additional wiring, ties, and wire mounts, which are available at most hardware or home improvement stores. For this reason, it is beneficial to keep your instruction manual post-installation.

A: While we do not have a list of recommended installers, the installation process has been streamlined. Every system includes detailed, step-by-step instructions, enabling most appliance repair professionals to complete the installation efficiently.
